I wanted to create a visual story that felt fresh, cinematic and fashion-inspired, with the lavender fields not only as a beautiful background, but as part of the atmosphere.
This editorial lavender shoot in Provence was created in 2022 as part of my artistic vision and became a project where two different creative directions met.
The first look was designed for
Polina Levska, my destination wedding photography brand. It was softer, more romantic and wedding-oriented, with a delicate and timeless feeling. This part of the story reflected the elegance, femininity and quiet beauty I wanted to bring into my bridal and wedding work in Provence.
The second look, a bold yellow suit, was created with a different intention. More confident, modern and expressive, it revealed another side of the same woman. I wanted to show not only her beauty, but her character, presence and artistic personality. As the model is an artist herself, it was important for me to create images that felt personal, alive and full of individuality.
Through these two looks, the shoot became a visual dialogue between softness and strength, romance and confidence, timeless elegance and artistic freedom.
The project came to life during my workshop in Provence, where I designed and directed the concept, the mood and the visual story.
Shot in the lavender fields near Gordes, this series reflects my love for fashion-inspired photography, meaningful portraits and the poetic atmosphere of Provence.
